Digital Downloads and Refunds

Bokaja sells digital product previews. No physical item is shipped.

How downloads work

• After checkout, your download link appears on the order confirmation page.
• Your order email also contains the download information.
• If you create an account, downloads are available under My Account > Downloads.

Download help

If a link fails, a ZIP is corrupted, files are missing, or you cannot access your order, email info@bokaja.com with your order number, product URL, checkout email, and a screenshot of the issue.

Refunds

Because digital files can be accessed immediately after checkout, completed downloads are normally not refundable. We will help fix access, missing-file, wrong-file, or corrupted-download issues as quickly as possible.

If you bought the wrong item and have not accessed the files, contact us as soon as possible. We review digital refund requests case by case.
